Kamet Steel stopped production; five killed

A Russian missile strike halted all production at Kamet Steel in Kamianske on September 5. Metinvest confirmed damage to production facilities and energy and transport infrastructure. The regional administration reported five killed and five injured. The company’s four injured employees are a different population from the authority’s overall count.

Three killed in Chuhuiv house strike

A Russian drone hit a house in Chuhuiv on the evening of September 5. Kharkiv’s administration reported three dead, including an 11-year-old child, and one woman hospitalised with severe injuries. Three other people had acute stress reactions. The house was destroyed; emergency services said the fire was extinguished.

Epicentr says Mykolaiv shopping centre was destroyed

Epicentr said repeated strikes on September 4–5 destroyed its Mykolaiv shopping centre, which it said employed 520 people. Emergency services reported two injured in those attacks. In a separate September 5 attack in Halytsynove community, the regional administration reported a lorry driver killed; another attack in Mykolaiv damaged five lorries and two trolleybuses without reported casualties.
